Substance wise if I keep eating & drinking what I've been taking in, I won't get to 189 lbs by Dec 31 2015

Okay, so far today I've had seaweed, Starbucks 180 cal Frap and pineapple chunks

If I keep taking in what I've been taking in, i won't get to 189 in time. I need to change my diet drastically.
