Need to hurry up & meet 189 lbs soon.. not sure if I can make it

I ate longanisa (1pc), egg (1pc) and bites of fish, bangus. Good job on stopping yourself from the Cheesecake and bacon plus potato wedges. You ate Pineapple chunks too.

I think from now on you need to control your diet.

After that Tikka Masala, had a Redbull..

You're going to push yourself for 189 lbs whether you like it or not.

You have only 18 days to get there. With 12 lbs to lose, you have 0.66 lbs to lose a day. You can make it if you modify your diet and sweat, sweat, sweat harder. Ignore the pain.

It's terribly difficult to lose weight. It feels like the bed of hell. But do it. The world will be better if you lose more weight. You'll feel good. Everyone will feel good. (Sounds weird I know~~~)

If I keep taking in what I've been taking in, i won't get to 189 in time. I need to change my diet drastically.

Maybe I should've skipped even the 2 ITO EN green tea from work which I've had yesterday, my starting weight is 203.5 lbs today

I skipped dinner yesterday and yet this is still the starting weight I get. Ugh.

What could I have done differently? Less sushi I think, more quality in how you enjoy the food instead of the quantity of what you eat.

It's not how much you have, it's how you enjoy it.

Post morning Workout Weight

This was so tiring. I think I really need to change what I eat. Food in America isn't necessarily (always) the most healthiest fare.

I ran the treadmill before 8:30am, Wed Dec 9 2015.

STATS

65 minutes total, out of the 65 there were 60 minutes on 6 speed and the remaining is a cooling period w/ only 4.5 to 4 speed on a LifeFitness Treadmill

6.28 distance total

HOLY SNAP THIS IS NOT GOOD

Morning work out does you magic! And how you'll get fat if you don't do AM workout!

That is my conclusion, friends.

Morning workout does you magic. Magickal time!

I notice the difference in my weight when I don't work out because I don't want to be late for work.

My weight right now is 205.5 lbs for Tue Dec 8 2015.

List of stuff I drank and ate

3 Yema Pieces, it's like this coconut sweet sap on a wrap
3 Muskeeters chocolate
Bowl of Rice
Seaweed sheets
Dried Apple Flakes

I didn't eat all that Korean food, shared it. I only ate like half or less of that sauced up chicken & a part of that Bibimbap.



Disaster struck. What I ate & drank Monday Dec. 7 2015 ... Wake up weight, Tue Dec 8 2015

My wake up weight on Tuesday, Dec 8 2015 is 203.5 lbs. 

OMG!!!!   I gained weight. =(

Also had Vita Coco, Peach & Mango along with an Outshine, 60 calorie grape bar..









What I could've done differently:
I could've run hard for 1 hour on Sunday instead of playing Shogun 2 Total War for almost all day.
Lifted weights on Sunday

And also, on Monday I could've avoided all sweet drinks. I don't know why I have to have the compulsion to drink these. Stick to the rules, the beautiful rules.

Monday, December 7 2015    - I did work out at the gym, but it was at night before 12 midnight.
