Morning work out does you magic! And how you'll get fat if you don't do AM workout!

That is my conclusion, friends.

Morning workout does you magic. Magickal time!

I notice the difference in my weight when I don't work out because I don't want to be late for work.

My weight right now is 205.5 lbs for Tue Dec 8 2015.

List of stuff I drank and ate

3 Yema Pieces, it's like this coconut sweet sap on a wrap
3 Muskeeters chocolate
Bowl of Rice
Seaweed sheets
Dried Apple Flakes

I didn't eat all that Korean food, shared it. I only ate like half or less of that sauced up chicken & a part of that Bibimbap.
