What I ate and drank on December 2, 2015 Wednesday plus my Dec 3 2015 wake up weight and post-gym weight
On Wed. Dec. 2, 2015 what I could've done differently is CUT OUT THE DINNER and instead of two pieces of sandwich, have only one.
On Thursday, Dec. 3 2015 my wake up weight is 205.5 lbs.
By 8:50 am my weight after the gym is 204.5 lbs.
