I think from now on you need to control your diet.

You have only 18 days to get there. With 12 lbs to lose, you have 0.66 lbs to lose a day. You can make it if you modify your diet and sweat, sweat, sweat harder. Ignore the pain.
It's terribly difficult to lose weight. It feels like the bed of hell. But do it. The world will be better if you lose more weight. You'll feel good. Everyone will feel good. (Sounds weird I know~~~)
