My goal is to go down 189 lbs on December 31, 2015.

I'm going to write a lot of self help stuff on here. I need to better myself.

Today I'm deciding to cut away soda, juice, alcohol and coffee for the remainder of 2015, no matter how crappy I feel.

Current weight is 207 lbs at 2:30am, December 1, 2015.

From now on, I'll take a picture of everything I eat and drink.

If I can't take a picture, I'll type them down and list it here.

I think 3 things are important.

Food and drink intake
Exercise
Sleep

I'll list it all down here until I hit my target weight of 140 lbs.
