Maybe I should've skipped even the 2 ITO EN green tea from work which I've had yesterday, my starting weight is 203.5 lbs today

I skipped dinner yesterday and yet this is still the starting weight I get. Ugh.

What could I have done differently? Less sushi I think, more quality in how you enjoy the food instead of the quantity of what you eat.

It's not how much you have, it's how you enjoy it.
